I’m sorry to say it doesn’t seem practical. That would have to be one hect of a magnet to get it to do that. Your best and safest bet is to use a steam engine. This way you could get the car to go well and there would be no bad emissions(water vapor). This is practical as they are coming out with a hydrogen fuel cell pretty soon and it emits water vapor/steam.
