Could legalising marijuana save the Irish economy?
It could save the health system anyway. Grow cheaply, charge at current prices. Low overheads would ensure that maixmum taxes could be squeezed out of its sale. Not to mention putting a halt to the massive costs racked up by unchallenged sadists like Patwell who’s been steadily locking up decent people who happen to get caught with amounts of cannabis described as personal for the last few months. Plus think of the savings made on the time freed up for guards to do actual police work as opposed to clogging up the system with harmless stoners.
