Could KYTC provide the normal pool elevation for the North Fork of Elk Creek?

KYTC does not provide the normal pool elevation for Streams and the like. This information is given for impounded water bodies. I looked at the roadway plans to see if the normal pool elevation had been shown. I did not find any information on the plan and profile sheet. I did find contour information on the erosion control sheet R12. The contractor can use the contour info and determine what he thinks the normal pool elevation will be.
