Katherine Heigl (or Hag-l, as I like to call her) may be learning an important lesson soon: Don’t bite the hand that feeds you. Or in her case, don’t insult the writers on your show. The Grey’s Anatomy head honchos — who are said to be “pissed” at her — are thinking of getting their sweet revenge on Katherine by killing off her character, Izzie Stevens. Diehard Grey’s fans and fellow Hag-l haters may recall she made a fool of herself by withdrawing herself from Emmy nominations.
