Could it snow along the coast of tx its 37 degrees and dropping?
It indeed is possible. It is may be 37 degrees now but it appears as though temperatures will be dropping throughout the day. For Houston they look like they will see rain early in the morning and then it will transition to snow/rain mix and then almost all snow by the afternoon.
