As members of the same speices, reproduction of fertile offspring can occur as we are genetically almost identical. The other reality is that in a population, the greater the diversity within the gene pool, the stronger the gene pool. THAT is why closely related members of the gene pool (such as brothers and sisters) are forbidden by law to marry and have children. Therefore, it is wise for a variety of the members of the gene pool, regardless of the color of their skin, to have children as it IMPROVES and STRENGTHENS the gene pool.
