Could I work at hollister or Abercrombie?
You have to be 17 to work at Hollister and abercrombie. You have to be 18 to work at A&F, Ruehl , and Gilly Hicks. They are pretty strict about this so I doubt you’ll find any 16 years olds working for the company. Ummm you can pick your availability but you don’t really get too much control over when you’re scheduled but they’re very flexible so you can always find someone to work for you when necessary or call in. Most people who work for the company are recruited (I think it’s like 75%) but you can just go in an ask an associate to show you where the kiosk is and you fill out an application and pick an interview date, Yes looks do matter, that’s why the store recruits people they think have “the look”. You have to work in the store before you can model for them and then you can go to castings and stuff but honestly it’s not as easy and as common as people think.
