If you use a hammer around the joint Lightly and around the joint you will make it loose, this moves the rust and the grip then you can twist side to side this will then start to come out,if its still tight use an old screwdriver to prise the outer flange out a little then twist it again. If you keep twisting it in the end it will move and come out, have done this many times. If you use an angle grinder its going to make the slot to big then its going to leak from the slots you have made bigger. If you relay don’t need the tail box hit the tail box in the direction outwards to get it off with a hammer and a piece of wood.
