Could i be pregnant from the pull out method?
I have been using the pull out method for 10 years, 7 with my current fiance.. When done correctly, the pull-out method has a failure rate of 4%. That means that out of one hundred couples using that method for one year, four couples will conceive. The rate for using condoms correctly is 2%, so pulling out isn’t that much more dangerous. The biggest risk with relying on pulling out is the risk that your partner won’t do it in time. You have to trust him. But if he does have the needed control, then you should be okay using this method in a pinch. Another thing to remember is that pre-ejaculate doesn’t really contain much if any mobile sperm. That’s a myth told to teenagers to discourage them from using this method, since teen boys often can’t be trusted to pull out in time. But remember that if your partner has ejaculated sperm in the past few hours and then has sex, some of the sperm from the last ejaculation could come out in the pre-ejaculate when he has sex again.
