You probably are not pregnant. There are other factors involved such as ovulation, time the pill was administered (it usually has a window of 72 hours) and if in fact coitus interruptus (withdrawal) actually occurred. However, the pill alone has a high success rate, if taken as directed, so you should be fine. Although, I would make an appointment with you family doctor, not to scare you or anything, but you want to make sure you do not have any STDs. There are kits that are provided to individuals who are raped that include medication to prevent HIV and STIs, which may be useful in your case…I do not think you have to be a rape victim to get this treatment either. Regardless of whether you are pregnant or not you do need to see your doctor as soon as possible for examination and/or treatment.
