I certainly think some of them would be appropriate for Christians to celebrate, such as Hanukkah; after all, if it weren’t for the Jews winning that battle, there wouldn’t be Jews OR Christians OR Muslims. I think it’s important to take a look at each of the Jewish holidays, and understand what it means, and then decide whether or not it is meaningful to you. For instance, since you believe in a person who forgives your sins, Yom Kippur wouldn’t make sense, as we believe that only God can forgive sin, and we believe that we can collectively ask forgiveness on Yom Kippur for the year’s wrongs (although we ask forgiveness many other times, too).
