Could I adopt a baby child from Indonesia,Malaysia or Thailand?

I don’t know about Indonesia or Thailand, but the adoption process in Malaysia is very strict and tedious and consume long period of time. It could take up to few years. If you are not a Malaysian, the chances of your application is very slim as even many qualified parents have waited long time but yet to be given a child. As for the citizenship of the child, he/she is of course a Malaysian. If your application is successful, then you also need to apply with the government of your country to enable this child to be brought to your country and later to apply a new citizenship ( of your country ) for the child.
