Could everyone be wrong about the green hornet?”
Advance word on “The Green Hornet” has been shockingly negative. Rumors of rewrites, reshoots and regrets abound in Hollywood. So I had very, very low expectations for the trailer, which was released in the wee “maybe people will miss it” hours last night. But nothing gets by us — including the potential this promo hints at. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still dubious, but Seth Rogen is very appealing as a cross between Bruce Wayne and Tony Stark. Plus, flecks of the innovative visuals we all hoped director Michel Gondry would bring to the table are peppered throughout the teaser. Check out the footage and decide if you’ll also be checking out “The Green Hornet” on January 14, 2011.
