Could energy improvements to an existing municipal swimming pool be eligible such as heating systems and pool heaters?

Additionally, when Congress funded the EECBG program under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, certain types of projects were classified as ineligible. The Recovery Act prohibits, without exception, the use of fund for projects related to swimming pools. We are replacing the boiler, chiller and other items in our courthouse.
