If you suffer from insomnia it is no wonder you are tired. The menapause does make you tired it also can cause insomnia by the way as I have discovered. What you need to do is go to your doctor and tell him/her how you are feeling they wil do a blood test to check your hormones and your thoroid gland. This will tell them if you are having any hormone changes and will be treated for you. Since I went to my doctor and have been treated for the menapause I have slept lots better my hormones where shot and needed a much needed boost. Menapause effect every women different some get nothing and sail through some get small odd changes and others have the whole works.
