Could Cipralex cause brain damage if I take it randomly?

This is not a medication you should be randomly taking. It’s not an a pain killer you only take when your hurting. It’s drug that by design messes with your brain chemistry. Either take it as prescribed or ask your doctors to get you off it all together. Cipralex and other SSRI’s are designed to be take consistently not randomly. You are probably having withdrawal symptoms because you aren’t taking enough of the Cipralex to keep your blood level up, instead you’re on a roller coaster ride. This is called SSRI Discontinuation Syndrome. Talk to your doc on the phone or see him/her, and start taking it as it was prescribed until your doctor changes your dosage for you.
