Could bad weather rain on the 2010 parade?

People haven’t forgotten the heavy snow, salt trucks, digging themselves out of situations, spinning wheels — and going nowhere. But for some, it’s their job to figure out what happened, and not only fix it, but to prevent it from happening during the 2010 Games. The graders, which leveled the snow on the streets, were an invaluable piece of equipment this winter.
