Could anyone recommend some good eye drops for dry eyes?
Hi there, There are a number of drops that you can try: During the day I’d recommend Hypermellose or Refresh. In the evenings just before you go to bed you can apply Celluvisc, Viscotears or Lacrilube (these are very viscose in nature and make your vision blurry for a while hence not so good during the day). If none of these are making much difference, you could also look at Clinitas. I’d also suggest that you perform hot compresses and lid scrubs regularly. You could be suffering from a blockage in the meibomiam glands which can cause the symptoms mentioned above. Be careful with eye-liner, mascara etc as the particles from them contribute towards glands blockage.
