Could anyone explain to me the bhagavad gita please?
Nowadays, even after reading the Gita inside out, people dont practice what is written in the Gita. We can read the Gita but in order to understand the Gita, we need to have sattwik intelligence. This can only be given by God. It is always better to practice spirituality first and then try to decipher the Gita, Upanishads etc. Chanting the name of God (according to religion of birth) has benefited me a lot.
