Could anti-depressant/anti-anxiety medication stop me from getting headaches?
I think you should ask your doctor. I suppose that if the medication alleviates your depression, it could also alleviate any physical symptoms that are brought on by your depression. However, if you have not had these headaches checked out, I suggest you do so (particularly if they are very frequent or severe). There could be something wrong that is unrelated to the depression.
