you cant rush something like this it takes on average at least 10 years for oil drilling facilities to come online. i am not saying it will take ten years to see benefits it will take ten years for drilling facilities to come online…do you people not know anything about petroleum geology, oceanograpgy, and just general geology….this stuff is complicated….you can just go OMG lets drill here and hopefully we will find something….it just doesnt work like that….i could care less about politics but please educated yourself on basic geology before spourting non-sense drilling for oil…
