Could a Jedi beat Superman?
I don’t think the force is magic though. It is biological, with the mediclorians or whatever. It is the way the people in that galaxy evolved, kind of like how Kryptonians evolved to have superpowers under a yellow sun. I am pretty sure superman has been shot by lasers before and survived, so I think he would be ok against a light saber. Light sabers do use crystals to focus their energy though. So if one could be adapted to use a kryptonite crystal I guess that it would be able to hurt him. As far as the mind trick goes, Supes would probably be weak to it. He has been mind controlled before.
