Expect that anytime you modify your setup, you run the risk of losing some compatibility. 6. if you have the time, you could test a few brands with this ‘workflow’, so you know which brands you can be sure about. Why is DVD burning like this? Each of the components can vary slightly in thier level of compliance to accepted DVD standards. This was made worst by the +R and -R wars that took place years ago.
