Cop Talk: When it is OK to turn on a red light?
Q: When going from Cypress Avenue to Pine Street on a red light, drivers in the right-most lane can turn right on red after stopping, but what about the left-most lane? Many folks take a right from there after stopping. Is that legal? Generally, what is the law regarding a right turn on red from multiple lanes?
