Cool, wheres the Blue Boar?
Concierge: Take a left out of the resort and look for a big blue boar. Me: (smiling)…a blue boar, got it. I had no idea, but this restaurant is “one of Utah’s most venerable dining establishments. The Four Diamond restaurant boasts the highest possible Zagat rating of 26 and has received Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence.” I just happened to be directed to the big blue boar down the street.
