Cool or scary?
Cool as hell. The huge storms down here are probably the only thing I like about Texas. Unfortunately, they don’t come often enough. I can remember one storm when I was working at camp for the summer. We were sitting in the ecology center, watching the lightning strike the lake and spider out across the surface. And then there were the storms on top of Mount Baldy at Philmont with the looping lighting.
