Not all Optus service providers have decided to offer age restricted content to their customers, as a result their customers will be barred from accessing “age-restricted” content. If customers of these providers send a request to access such content via a premium SMS short code, they will receive back a tailored SMS advising them to contact their service provider or advising that the service is not available.
