One of the easiest ways I have found to contact someone at a company who holds a high position is to call the company and ask who that person is.  Most companies will give that information freely.

You can also contact the BBB in the area of the company, as well as the Chamber of Commerce.

Most companies also have websites.  Go to the sitemap of the website and look for "about" or "about us" to see if there is more information.

If you cannot find it that way, but you know that the company has a webiste, you can search in Google with the following string to see if the person is listed on the site:

"chairman" site:www.companyname.com

Where "company name" is in the above search string, put in the company website.
