Considering purchasing a Lucien Piccard watch. How do they compare to better known watch makers?
The Seiko gets my vote for value recieved for money spent. they make great watches and you know you’re getting a quality piece of jewelry. For the 82 dollars you are willing to spend at Overstock, go to a jewelry store that carries Seiko and buy a Seiko. If you spend a little more, so be it, it’s worth it to have quality. Trust me. It costs less to have one great watch you can rely on then buying two crappy watches that will fail. It’s simple math. Seiko has a great warranty, too and most jewelry shops carry replacement batteries for them, some will replace them free and can fix your watch if it ever breaks. Beware of Overstock. I have gotten burned by them in the past. Stick with brands that you know are good from there and don’t assume they have the lowest price on anything. good luck.
