CIP concrete insulated panels are made at the factory in all weather conditions. The only part of the system that is jobsite dependent is the footing. The site preparation and footings are made while the CIP panels are being cast. Once everything is ready the entire home shell is erected complete and secure in less than 2 days in almost any weather condition. The interior panel finish, Dens Armor Plus™ can be wet without incurring any damage. The roof and trim are placed immediately after panel erection so the home is “dried –in”. Once the shell is complete the interior trade work proceeds regardless of weather conditions so overall schedules are not impacted by bad weather….CIP will provide a completion date at the time your order is placed.
