concentrate as I am a vegetarian. How palatable is taking the oil straight?
Because our Vitamin E Oil is pure and natural with nothing else in it, it has a very bland (non-descript) taste. It will not taste rancid or harsh due to the fact that all impurities have been distilled out. We have many customers who put their E in their cereal. If you take it orally, you may wish to follow it with a piece of food which will break down the oil that may be left in your mouth.
