Computer won recognize my zune, can anyone help?
I could get my Zune to work on XP but not Vista until now. Here is one solution. 1. Right-click My Computer 2. Click Manage 3. Click ‘Local Users and Groups’ 4. Double click Groups 5. Open up the Administrators group 6. Click Add 7. Click Advanced… and then Find Now 8. Double click on the LOCAL SERVICE user to add it to the Admin group 9. Click ok or finish or whatever.
