Completion Certificate: What is the procedure for obtaining my certificate?
When you successfully complete the course, your certificate of completion will be sent to you automatically via e-mail. (In some instances, a brief delay in the receipt of the certificate might be encountered as the result of our ongoing verification process.) In most cases, a student will be required to print out the certificate he or she receives via e-mail, sign it, and submit it to the clerk of the court or other authoritative body to which he or she has been directed to report. For detailed descriptions of the reporting requirements associated with each type of course attendance, please refer to the course registration pages. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to determine the manner in which your completion is to be reported, the authority to whom you must report your completion, and the timeframe in which your completion must be reported. Course completions for each day are processed up until 11:59 p.m. EST; certificates are then issued on 12:00 p.m. of the following day and mailed in the afternoon. We will mail your certificate to the address that you provided during the registration process unless you indicate otherwise. In certain instances, TicketSchool.com will automatically notify a court or other authoritative body of your completion of the course either electronically or by mailing your certificate directly to the appropriate party.
