This error may occur if you are attempting to install the incorrect drivers for the product in question, or attempting to install a non-Hauppauge product with the Hauppauge drivers. If you are installing the correct drivers for your Hauppauge product, try reseating the WinTV board into a different PCI slot. If the problem persists, please contact Hauppauge Technical Support.
