If you use a commmercial ISP such as RoadRunner, IBM’s ICE, or another service, you may have trouble connecting to some of the libraries’ databases. To remedy this, an authentication service is available by changing some of the proxy settings in your web browser. See our document on proxy settings for information on how to configure your browser. NOTE: This only provides access for members of the OSU community. Those who are not affiliated do not have access to some of our services.
