Campusfood.com is a national food ordering website. They do not have their own delivery drivers. When you order via Campusfood.com, they fax the order to us and we process it as if you have had placed your order on our website. We recommend ordering directly through us to speed up the arrival of your food and skip this extra step (and their surcharge). Why do you charge One Card users an 18% processing fee? Unfortunately, UNC charges us 18% to accept the One Card. We don’t like this policy at all, but we can’t do anything about it. At such a high cost, our only option is to pass it on to One Card users. There is no processing fee for any other payment type. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. I ordered via phone. Why was I emailed about my online account? When you order via phone we create an account for you in our system, just as if you had ordered online. Our system generates a random password for your account and emails it to you so that you may use your account to order online
