Is there a limit to how long a collection note can be? >> In MedInformatix, there is no need to abbreviate the collection notes. The field holds over 2000 characters. 3. Is there a way to track payment plans? >> MedInformatix uses ticklers to track payment plans. 4. Can collection letters be printed? >> The practice can define or use the standard collection letters. Each time a collection letter is printed from one of the collection views, a notation is automatically made in the collection notes area. It includes the date, user, and which letter was sent.
