Orders placed before 10:00 AM EST during a normal business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) will roast the next business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST during a normal business day may not roast until the 2nd business day. For example: an order placed on a Monday at 9:00 AM (EST) will roast on Tuesday. An order placed on a Monday at 3:00 PM (EST) may not roast until Wednesday. An order placed on a Friday at 3:00 PM (EST) may not roast until the following Tuesday.
