1. Please check you have installed DVD writer correctly; 2. Perhaps you have forgotten to take out the source movie disc, please take out it and insert another blank writable disc. 3. Please check your disc in Windows Explorer whether it is a blank one; 4. If it is a writable one, please erase the disc then click “Burn”; 5. If above steps still can not solve the problem, please change another blank disc for a try.
