ClickView Library Server reports that it is online however the ClickView Player still cannot access it. What could be the problem?

Ensure that the ClickView Library Server computer is connected to the network, and that there are no firewalls active which may be preventing data from reaching the computer. Also check that the ClickView Players are connecting to the correct IP address. The server’s IP address can be found by clicking on File/Display Library Server Details.
