Clicking on the number will take you to a page that lists the clone names. How can I find out if a probe comes into any contigs and if so which ones?

Ensure that the “Link to Contigs” check-box is selected in the Display Options column (along with any other fields you want). If a given probe falls into one or more contigs the Contig column of your results will display a red tick. Clicking this will take you to a page that lists these contigs. Contig names are clickable and will take you to the appropriate WebFPC view.
