Clicking on a link to full text returns an “access denied” type of message from the full text provider. Why is this happening?
If your university does not subscribe to the particular full text provider this provider will return — as a result of their authentication process — a message denying access. Currently, full text links display for all institutions but we plan on implementing institutional-level enable/disable functionality in the near future.
