No, PPL Electric Utilities does not trim or remove trees around the service wire that runs from the pole to your home. We will turn off the power or lower the wire to the ground free of charge so you can do the job safely. To arrange this service, please call us at 1-800-DIAL-PPL (1-800-342-5775) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at least three business days before you trim.
