• Click on “Find a Primary Care Provider or Provider of Choice” • Under “Select Your Plan’s Network” choose “HMO Blue New England” from the dropdown menu • Enter your provider information • Click “Search Now” If you have used services before choosing a PCP these services will be consider “out of network;” therefore you will be subject to the deductible and co-insurance.
