The staff is comprised of the Executive Director (Jan James), the Artistic Director (Jesse Merz), Camp Director (Laurel Merz), the Musical Director, the Dance Director, and theatrically experienced Camp Counselors. CGST also employs a cook, interns, apprentices, maintenance crew, kitchen crew, and hires people to run additional workshops. Our student/staff ratio is approximately 1:3. All instructors have teaching experience, a degree in their expertise, and/or professional credits.
