classes for some Q and A sessions?
would be helpful – like how to set up a gradebook, how to “grade” whenit’s subjective, how to talk to parents who have a complaint, how totreat teenagers (7th graders are really not at all like 12th graders,for instance), how to deal with being observed and evaluated, how tocreate a meaningful test, and how to take all the @!!#* with a hugegrain of salt.
