(excerpt Land Use Bylaw C-1100; Part 7; Section 49) Section 49 Objects Prohibited or Restricted in Yards 49.3 From April 1st to October 31st inclusive, on a residential site with no rear lane, one large recreational vehicle may be parked on a driveway in the front yard or, in the case of a corner lot, in a side yard, as long as the vehicle is set back at least 1.52m (5ft) from the interior edge of the sidewalk, or where no sidewalk exists, from the curb. 49.4 From November 1st to March 31st, on a residential site with no rear lane, one large recreational vehicle may be stored on site provided that no portion of the recreational vehicle is located within 6.10m (20ft) of interior edge of the sidewalk, or where no sidewalk exists, from the curb.
