Contact Harvest Bible Fellowship to discuss transitioning into a Harvest. When we began planting churches in 2000, the Fellowship did not anticipate that existing churches would have a desire to transition into Harvest Bible Chapels. Yet, as of Spring 2008, we have had the privilege and opportunity to transition ten such churches. Complete this form to discuss transitioning with Harvest Bible Fellowship. Potential church transitions all follow the same process: • The leaders of the existing church resonate with the doctrine and core values of Harvest. • They believe, for various reasons, that it is in their interest to transition. • After approaching the leaders of Harvest Bible Fellowship, meetings are scheduled to consider the viability and wisdom of the transition. • Assessment tools are utilized to bring clarity to the decision-making process. • Upon the recommendation of the Executive Director of the Harvest Bible Fellowship and approval of the Elders Council, a church is approved
