It depends on what kind of kiss it is. If it’s just a small peck on the mouth or cheek, I’d assume they are friends greeting one another. I usually say hello to all my friends, both male and female with a small kiss on the lips. Most men I know do the same (though the guys tend to kiss on the cheek a little more than on the lips). If the kiss looked more involved, I’d assume the same thing I do when I see a man and woman kissing passionately; they’re in love. I certainly wouldn’t move to the other side of the street or anything. I’m not too sure about how polite it is to kiss intimately in public, but I’m not complaining about it. I’ve been known to do it a few times myself. Sometimes, when you are with somebody you love, you’ve just got to drop everything and kiss them, no matter who’s watching. God bless.
