An article echoing the themes of the New York Times Dining In section article (Dec 3, 03) appeared last week on the web site for the Arizona Republic featuring the following picture: To find out what is being done to the innocent piece of chocolate you’ll have to read the article. And – if you live in Arizona – don’t miss the entire feature section on chocolate in the Az. I suppose we can forgive them for misspelling choclate [sic].
